give up white flour. i use overnight sprouted grains like organic millet or organic brown rice and put them in a basket inside the table top Black and Decker steamer.

Bleaching bread shouldn't be illegal in Europe. Indeed, it sounds more like they should merely illegalize only the chemical additive bleaching process because sun bleaching doesn't have the same effect as chemical bleaching. |
