Dell's technical support is the worst I have ever heard. It is actually so bad that people don't believe you when you tell them about it; literally you have to experience it firsthand. I will never buy another product from you ever again in my life. Nice business plan btw. Alienate and piss off all your customers. That'll be a plan for the future, won't it?

Unless Dell change their customer service center from India to US, they will not have the best reputation.

I purchase the Dell Streak and they gave me good service. More than i expected.

i had the same problem. not being racist, but these Indians never help. They are so unhelpful and lazy. i had a problem with my dvp, i went though the same process as you.
I like dell, but their customer service is the worst.
