@NicholsonPeter When Cruise talks about scientologists being the only ones who can help at the scene of an accident he means help spiritually by delivering what is called a "touch assist" which entails the person placing their index finger on the victim and saying "feel my finger". Supposedly this stops spiritual trauma.
