If the hawks would have drafted Sanchez carol would have said Good Decision Mark Ha ha USC OFFENSE is just as complex as any NFL playbook.

@danimal97520 Sanchez as a first game junior starter against Virginia threw a 60 yard arial and hit the receiver in stride at the goal. Booty never came close to doing that. I followed USC during my high school years in the 50's. Like most Angelinos my age I followed guys like Jon Arnett, C.R. Roberts and I'll throw in Frank Gifford. Take my word, ardent USC fans from L.A. knew Sanchez was more talented. As a Jr., he threw some last drive interceptions that could have won the game,

@Salvatore403 I can't stand him, but Carroll was gone either way. With the problems coming down, he was either going to resign on be fired. Unfortunately (as I would love to have seen him fired), he was smart enough to figure that out and bolted. Sanchez on the other hand had barely 1 season as a starter under his belt and jumped ship. And you know what? He wasn't ready. Look at last night's game. He blew that one. Blew the one the week before.
