@JohnnyFriendly I hope you're right. Unless you believe that both the quantity and quality of a person's creative output are unaffected, it's a subjective question. It's likely that tortured individuals are both creative and prone to drug abuse. Some of them seem to have the kinds of afflictions that are routinely treated with things like Ritalin and Paxil; some argue that such treatment might keep them away from more dangerous drugs, though I'm sure that varies a lot by case.

@lrd9999 Nonsense. Drugs have very little influence on someone's innate creativity. Even if they'd only stuck to milk all their lives, they'd still have been creative people.

these guys were 3 years too early. if they would have hit north america in '93 they would have been much more popular. they deserve so much recognition for their influences. one of my favourite bands ever.... and that says a lot for a band who only released ONE album.
