@kmfw72 Lived off? Dont you mean cultivated? Theres a big difference. People who found cities, bring technology, medicenes and food to the local Blacks, farm the land, bring law, order and infrastructure - just as the Boer did these are hardly "parasites".

my family lived there for about 100 years, they also lived in south africa, mozambique was alot untaped potentitial, the only reason why theyarent rich as south africa is or was is becau their corrupt government, when we left mozambique they had everything running and going, after 3 years everything was ruiuned, we even build them a huge dam biggest in africa called cabora bassa they never paid us a penny for that and now if you r portuguese you cant even get a visa to visit the country

I do not think things will be any different in Mozambique if the white farmers continue to the think they are more important than the blacks. The world is changing the blacks and white want the same things. Better life for each other, if the whites continue to take hectares of land without the regard for their neighbours(blacks) it will not solve the issues. White africans need to learn to integrate with blacks and Blacks need to accept the white africans.

How did the British start Apartheid? Didn't the dutch colonists , especially the Boers take Zulu slaves and when the British came into cape colony they tried to introduce racial equality? And this pissed of the Boers who took their slaves with them and wandered into the interior of SA (The Great Trek)? I swear i have read that.... I know that their were other reasons for the Boers leaving Cape Province. |
