@OnlyLiarsLoved Have you tried asking your polynesian side of the family about your lineage? If not a true tatau artist could provide you with designs that could represent your life story or family.

I would love to get a traditionally done Polynesian tatou, my worry is that well, first off, I'm a girl and have no knowledge of the culture. Although my father is Samoan, my mother is Danish and for me it would be a much firmer link to a part of me that I do not know ... But I worry that I might disrespect the art and the artist, which would never be my intention. Or look like a complete fool *laughs*
