You have to be a complete fucking retard to see racism in this movie. And even fucking dumber to agree with an idiot who finds racism in this movie. Yeah, how dare a movie show whites and blacks living happy together.

Only a racist would find this movie racist. Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton would find this movie very racist.

a tar baby is exactly what it sounds like a TAR baby not a black baby

I'm thinking Walt Disney had big cojones in 1946 racist redneck America daring to portray Blacks & Whites getting along with each other; especially children of rich White parents becoming best friends with Black children & Uncle Remus. What sort of crazy mixed up modern world are we living in where people are bashing Walt Disney for racism? What the hell is wrong with some of you retarded assholes? This movie helped change attitudes of white children like me all over America in the 50's/60's

Watching this makes me really want to go the WDW and ride Splash Mountain! :D
And for those of you who think this is racist, get serious. :p
This is just another great Disney creation to add to the collection

I worked in animation for a couple of years and yeah, this is racist...Disney had no problem w/that tho, kinda like the Nazis building great highways. Some of this is like watching the Sleep and Eat pieces in BAMBOOZLED.Wink is right.I'm a greasy white boy
from W. Oakland..do I get a pass?

There is nothing racist about this. I can understand how people don't like the term "tar baby" ...but it actually does mean "Being in a difficult situation" and Uncle Remus is the one who made it up. Anyone who is saying they're offended by this need to grow up.
These tales come from black people and are a part of black culture in times past. To silence this film, would be to silence a part of black culture and brilliant story telling.

No, they sound Southern, and what you just wrote is idiocy of the highest order.
