I've just sprained my medial collateral ligament of my right knee, a rugby injury.

Very insigtful video. I think this video explained some things I might be dealing with. I have a messed up left knee from bad fall and surgery. I really learned a lot from this video; the parts of the knee etc. I agree wholeheartedly with all the comments made so far.

really good video.... im a senior in highschool taking a sportsmedecine class and my midterm is tomorrow....this video is extreamly helpful. im also an EMT so this is a good continueing education video
