Peter Cullen's voice of Optimus Prime makes my whole body tingle.. No one could have done a better job, no matter how hard you searched.
The music in the background close to the end is the sixth track from the Transformers Score, called "Optimus". Steve Jablonsky did a wonderful job with the score, and I highly recommend it!
