Its sad to see people nowadays, the way they are.perhaps greeks arent the best at managing their money, but then again, they were under ottoman rule for 500 years. ...that they cant find work. My neighbours salary was cut by 50% last month, and thats not good motivation. Grecces only import is tourism, and that difficult to manage, because the navy, oranges and olives are innhigh competiotion with italy and spain and because of the high tarriffs are considered expensive. Never blame the poeple of a country, because u may rememebr that after ww1, germany was forced to pay reparation to europe, but the people suffered, jot the kaiser and military officials

@iuedbbess Sorry but i just had to reply. Im not greek, but ive lived here for almost 15 years now, and greek people arent lazy. All of my friends neighbours and generally most of the greeks i know are hard working, both middle and upper class people who had all their life savings saved up for a peaceful retirement, but with the crash of 2008, banks robbed them of their money, thousands of people were made reduntant, and hence left peniless. The problem is not that greeks dont want to work, its
