Why not? What if that synthetic drug is safe? MDMA (ecstasy) is one of the safest drugs, for instance.

@almostskater3210 yeah but thats not my point. ofc alcochol is one of the most dangerous here on the list (id say more dangerous than heroin) and your right about the heroin (i mean its natural just like cocaine or weed) but its FAR MORE addictive. What I'm trying to explain is since you have alc, weed, shrooms and all those other natural narcotics, why go and inject/take something made by some geek in a basement using drainol... (meth, crack, X, and w/e else)

@brightlights456X It's called an autoregulatory system, if someone yells at you and then continues to do so, your sensitivity decreases. This works the same way with receptors and other diseases such as diabetes. The body needs to maintain an equilibrium and increasing its tolerance level/dependence will eventually mean a positive feedback cycle then a nice death.

Here's another. Our brains make decisions before we realise them. In other words, our consciousness is only aware of some of the things your brain is doing. Like a todler only knows what a parent allows.

Alcohol is one of the most dangerous drugs, implicated in 80,000 deaths a year in the US, more than every illegal drug combined. And you do not have to shoot heroin. You can also take it orally, insufflate it or smoke it. But you are right in the sense that I do strongly advise people never try heroin or "krokodil" (no shit) in their life, except for "end of life pain relief" kind of scenarios; however, I have no problem with people who use heroin for other reasons.

@pollwoll cause they're still humans duh-uh ........
stiivais4 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
@brightlights456X if you are referring to the death caused by drug abuse, then no... nothing is wrong with the hormones. humans simply try to achieve greater levels of them while not noticing/caring about the effects and the outcome, and that leads to their death.
>think of it like this. you are really thirsty and you have a bottle of water. are you going to drink the water? the water might be poisioned and kill you. will you take a CHANCE, or die of thirst?

Ok hold up, I don't understand.. Why do we experiment on animals, when we have serial killers and rapists in jail ? :s
