No, "that lady" is Chell, the main character of portal. GLaDOS (not Gladas) is the computervoiced badguy (badwoman?) that tells you, Chell, what to do. If you search on Google you can see a picture of her, or you can watch the Portal 2 trailer where you will see her recovering from the last battle with her. Hope this helped.

@bjossi2001 i meant in the game, and he never really appears. he was the one who wrote on the walls, and who set it so Chell would be tested, in the hope that she could take down GLaDOS. There's a comic about him if you want to read it. I was just thinking of people alive during Portal =P |
