Best song ever. once it brought a bus full of middle schoolers completely silent. THAT is worthy of praise

I bought the Judy Collins' version on 45 rpm in 1968 and it made me want to learn to play guitar. Got into Joni as a teen and saw her on Miles of Aisles and Hejira tours. To me, Joni, you're the Northern Lights of my generation's music--still a creative wonder, folk, rock, or jazz 44 years later. I always sensed the pain behind your muse and I'm grateful the Creator brought your daughter home. Wishing you only love and peace as we all move closer toward existential contemplation. Thank you.
