@SongsJerome I'm from Argentine. Juan Domingo Perón and Eva Duarte left a cancerous tumor in my country called "peronismo". This movie contains beautiful songs... But the story isn't beautiful, at all.

@marellamofo I wont deny Patikin's great voice, but I prefer Antonio's rougher sound and obvious accent. Patikin's version is just way too high pitched for my tastes. But that's just my opinion. :)

@arzeN3 But she looks NOTHING like Evita. Rattter or not you like Madonna, you can say one thing Madonna COULD pass for Evita s daughter or granddaughter.....IF she had had childern. Meant pass. Any way Madonna isnt my fave performer but in his I kinda like her

1.13 - 1.14... what happens to his voice ?
marcelageiger (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
@PeaceFromStacey @marcelageiger remember that every time a history book is written there is no objectivity, and facts tend to be distorted depending on whether the writer agrees/disagrees with the political events/politicians he/she writes about. Like it happened with the Argentinean "Proceso" in the 70s. Even when you watch different movies about it (or even about Eva), the realities they reflect differ. Just a remark. |
