@nickseckler-Focus attack, cancel it with a dash and then do the tornado throw. Is this the one you like to find out?

right after you perform the focus attack, do a small dash to the right to cancel the character's lag time, then perform the tornado throw as quickly as possible. so it's kinda like:
-focus attack
-dash
-tornado throw |
