@cgravier sorry but you're dreaming!lol, accept about you're ri 52 tele, but the 65 blackface twin ri, can't do a tweedd job, and you can put all pedals you want, vintage amps are the best for this tone, but not all the tone !!
try vintage amp for clean tone with reverb, and you'll sell you're ri twin
by and sorry for my bad english

great tone. Ill say this though, you dont need to spend huge amounts of money bo get this sound. I can nail this tone with my 52RI Tele into my 65RI Twin Reverb and Garagetone Drivetrain pedal with the drive turned way down. Basically any Fender tube amp and a tube screamer type pedal will work. For the echo I use a Guyatone MD3 delay.
Simple.
The rest is in the hands.

I think he looks like a cross between Gary Stewart, Eddie Van Halen and, yes...Neo.

@amorical He was saying that if you don't be too careful in making sure your guitar doesn't get a single scratch on it, it will start to reflect your personality. Therefore, you won't want to sell it because its personal to you.

@birdmankustomz666 That seems strange, considering I feel that your original comment is ridiculous.

@amorical I think we're trying to say the same thing, because thats basically my feelings on it as well, lol

@birdmankustomz666 Because a musician doesn't buy a guitar, and then worry about the resale value of it. They only care about the music that they can make with it. That is the value of the instrument. |
