I really like the Pirates of the Caribbean films and video games just not this since it seems the whole ride now centers on Jack Sparrow which i think now ruins the original ride

I also love how they play the actual adventurous songs when you see Barbossa. :D

I found that when I went on the ride post-change, the Captain of the attacking ship not only had Captain Barbossa voicing it, but it was dressed like Captain Barbossa. But when I went back either later that year or the next, he was the pirate with the long blond hair again. Anybody else notice that?

The additions Captain Barbossa and Captain Jack Sparrow made this ride even more awesome, except for the fact they center the plotline around him now.

@kevindols I never notcied that. The last time I rode Pirates was Christmas 2008.
