Be with the one you truly want to be with, and if you're not sure, then delay until you are. Remember, you must feel comfortable in your own skin. Tell a friend who has nothing to gain by sharing some insight, someone who doesn't know either guy, and then be completely honest. And it is okay to be selfish - it means you can still follow your dreams.

You will hurt your fiancee much more by marrying her if she's not the one. Sure it will hurt her, but it will hurt her much more after you've wasted years of her life trying to love her.
