@kmaxxmusic Quite well. Both are great, and also very different sounding. Like comparing apples and oranges.

@CW2SCOGG The ADSR on the SH-101 alone will kick the Mopho's ass. Then add in the Roland Filter, and it's comparable to a Minimoog.

@MindlessMind023 TAL-Bassline doesn't even come close to the real thing.

Cant believe these crappy little synths are going for anywhere between 800-1700 used on the Bay. I bought one new for 499 back in '83 and used it for bass only...got rid of it soon after cause it was just a cheeseball synth..now everyone wants one cause they look hip and you can actually tweak knobs with real analog oscillators.....still, the Dave Smith Mopho kicks this things butt out of the water for 1/4 the going price

@jgk381 I'm thinking about it. Luckily I have some time, but if I don't find a trade in a couple months, I'll probably do that.
jgk381 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
@rcmeyerson your best bet is probably to put it up for sale, youll get the money alot sooner than trying to find a trade partner, then you can just order your new keyboard up at college and have it shipped there if nec. you can get like 700-1000 on ebay for the rhodes. good luck :)
jgk381 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
@rcmeyerson that makes sense, sorry for accusing you, theres just so many scams nowadays
rcmeyerson (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
@jgk381 Actually, I'm going to college in 6 months and I really need to downsize. The rhodes is a 70 pound beast. I'm not going to rip myself off, so obviously it would be plus or minus some cash depending on the synthesizer and the condition.

@rcmeyerson dude, you are on every video I visit, trying to trade your rhodes for instruments that are worth less. You're obviously running some kind of scam.
Beware of this guy ppl. |
