This is possibly my favourite song, like of all songs ever, not just Penn's songs, but all songs, even more then Hurricane by Bob Dylan.

Should have been -- should be -- a hit song on the radio, getting lots of rotation. Even the artsy fartsy independent alternative radio stations that are always asking for money so they can play new independant artists like Tom Petty and Bob Dylan like WFUV or WFMU or WKCRW don't play it. Actually WKCRW played it once. Once.
