@RasmusKudahl good for you! the depression meds definitely aint good for you, and it might turn out better to sort your diet out more than anything

I can actually relate to Ben and the cane. I suffer from depression and have been recommended medicine by pretty much everyone, even my parents numerous, though I have told them I really don't feel it is the way I will get better. I feel it is something I have to solve inside myself, a bunch of pills won't cure me, at least not in the same way actually doing something on my own will.
