This movie is a work of art. Not perfect. But in terms of romantic drama vampire classic it comes pretty darn close. Bravo Francis Ford Coppola. They don't make 'em like this anymore.

You know as good as this scene is (the rest of the movie is sort of a letdown given how much it promised as an accurate version of the novel goes), I can't really buy the reason he becomes a vampire. If a guy just lost his wife and freaked because of one dumb priest opening his big mouth, I figure God would consider that he's probably going to want to take it back. If it's this easy to become a vampire, the world should be full of them given the fact people will blame God for all their problems.

GOD I LOVE this scene!
The brutal music in the backround, you can almost feel the horror and fear you would've fealt when going to the furious battles.
The darkness of the day describing cold heartedness.... this is brutal, I love it, the blood, the mercylessness the luciferianism.... some say vlad truly HAD satan inside in him, aswell as so many other world leaders no days, they are all in the same family tree influencing the masses...
