Amazing! You not only lost weight but look ten years younger I'm telling you! I have done the diet once, and restarting it now to be fit for the summer :) Congrats!

@LoveZanie Actually it didn't feel like discipline or will power. It was just simply easier eating the same general stuff of foods every day than researching how to cook with new ingredients. I had lots of variety, but the same basic type ingredients. There were times I added strawberries during that time when they were in season, but that was about it.

@bowulf - wow, one year...you must have some serious discipline, lol. - that's obvious due to your success. I am going to check out the other video you suggest and possibly maybe try a month and then see how we are feeling. I don't want us to lose momentum and cheat. Thanks for your advice!

@LoveZanie I spent nearly 1 year on Induction, but it is not prescriptive or necessarily advised for others. I do have a video on here called "Atkins Diet Quick Hits - How long to do Induction?" where I deal this topic. You can be just as successful on OWL phase as people were on Induction. |
