The most unique motif in the film (which is still pretty good) is that she can't cry. Great performance of not being able to cry.

@sam8110 Brilliant movies for Christmas. But I hasten to add Home Alone 1 & 2, Bridget Jones' Diary, A Christmas Carol (Muppets, is good), Joyeux Noel to that list. Also perhaps It's A Wonderful Life (which I'm yet to see but is apparently a Christmas classic). 101 Dalmatians, isn't strictly speaking a Christmas film, but as a winter movie, I think it captures the spirit of Christmas |
