This is total crap. All of these foods hinder post-recovery and will just spike your cortisol levels higher when your body realizes there is no amino acids getting to the muscles in that first 30 minutes after a workout.

ahem ahem...your post workout meal has to be mainly simple carbs and not complex carbs because you want to restore your glycogin stores. Protein is often out of the question because you can have that later (like 1 hours later or so).
