@OoohASquirrel In North East Wales if you speak Welsh you are basically welsh....so dont be worried....also most english has far back ancestors who spoke welsh.......so join the party

@94uustrats Wales has officially been respected as a seperate country to England since long before devolution. It is difficult for foreigners to understand, but Scotland, England and Wales are all "countries within a country".
