Flat Tube Total Body Routine

Bob Bader, NSCA-CPT demonstrates a total body routine using a flat tube. Flat tubes usually come in packages of three and are an inexpensive way to get a good workout. They're easy to store and don't take up room so they're good for traveling.
Routine:
Do 8 - 12 repetitions for each exercise
Chest:
chest press
flys
pushups
Mid Back:
seated row
Shoulder:
overhead press
Legs:
single leg squat
double leg squat
low pulsing
Hamstrings:
single leg Romanian deadlift
double leg Romanian deadlift
Biceps:
curls
hammer curls
Triceps:
overhead tricep extension
double tricep extension
Obliques:
rotational raise (or reverse chop)
