I was thinking this story was about a real bum posting up on campus. I am disappointed, my friend who went to other schools said that they have way more "local characters" (aka nuisances, vagrants, miscreants and if you're lucky a local menace). All we have at CSUN is the obligatory unicyclist (but every university in America has one of those). I guess we have to settle for the idiots who harrass peopel walking pass Sierra Hall and the homophobe who preaches from atop that hill near Oviatt.
