@BeNeath0 If you were to actually watch the video, he said he made it himself by using his knowledge of surface tension and the way liquids react with objects and he used a "little piece of plastic from on of the fdf books." The only money spent here was on his education and that book. It's not whiskey either I can guarantee that, why would NASA allow their astronauts to get intoxicated? Think about what you say sometime.
