What a shame. I had plenty of good trips to Frontierland in my 20s. The big rollercoaster was great. Too good to be pulled down. The most terrifying ride was the wild mouse. The scariest rollercoaster I've ever been on in my life...

Really really sad!!!
I have some of the happiest memories in Morecambe. I grew up in Barrow In Furness and loved going to Frontierland with my Grandad and family. I visit regular now to Morecambe with my family and it really does make me sad to see the state it is in at present. I tell my little 5 year old girl what happy times her Daddy spent here on all the rides when I was a child.
THE COUNCILLORS ARE A COMPLETE DISGRACE IN THIS NEIGHBOURHOOD AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!

@jimmyjimbo72 From what I've been told, the Orange mast was taken down months ago resulting in awful signal for any Orange contracted mobiles. If this is true, there is no reason or purpose for the Polo Tower to stand where it does today.

@OrmerodJ I think there still is as the contract for the mobile mast doesn't run out until 2013.
