@tam705618 Consuming an excess of ANYTHING will kill you, even water. You could die of eating too much protein regardless of the source - meat, dairy, or whey. Singling out protein powder as 'dangerous' is unjustified and completely unsupported. I'm a pseudo-vegetarian and rely heavily upon dairy whey for my protein needs.

I personally am a huge fan of cottage cheese, however it has a lot of fat in it, but I feel that the protein in it kind of out weighs the fat part, do you ever eat cottage cheese or no?

@The4buster Don't over take protein powder, some research say it will cause kidney stone. In general, 1g of protein powder for each kg of your body weight is a safe start (i believe you can take more if you work out).
