i made this today and i must say it was even more delicious than i thought! if you're thinking about omitting the onion sauce, DONT! It really finished off the dish and it tasted soo good.

@uagniza every single chef I watch always says"use olive oil"
And I say ... sure ¬¬ Olive oil is really expensive in Mexico!
of course you can substitute with a vegetable oil !!( except for vinaigrettes or a pesto sauces , because the flavor of this oil is important there)

@dilemma08 I have a similar one, and is not that awesome =/ It takes some time to ground a small amount of the pepper .
