@Punisherfan123 Given the design, adding a roof wouldn't allow for submerging the car. Physics 101.

I'm pretty sure the design plan went like this:
- Hey, this is too difficult, we cannot for the life of us figure out how to make the whole thing watertight...
- Screw it then, let's just take the roof off, give 'em people scuba tanks and hope the smell of sewage and dead fish won't stick too hard. And hope someone is stupid enough to buy our half-assed "open submarine" concept.
