@adliikhwan280 duh! that's so the results are fair. but the 9850 sucks dick so it bottlenecked the fuck out of the 4870x2 i'm willing to bet if you ran a core i7 2700K it would obliterate the 280 by over 45%

That's not what I meant, I said the GTX 590 is better than the HD 6990. But I think in 2009, nVidia's GPUs were slower and more expensive than the ATI GPUs. But now the GTX 590 is faster. But just a FEW games will run faster on the 6990. Most games will run faster on the 590.

@adliikhwan280 i totally agreee whit you the 6990 is better to play new games then gtx 590 i finally saw my gtx 560 having some issues whit FSX all max settings i will give a try on the ati hd 6990

@adelonic1 I forgot when, but I think it was in 2009. At that year, ATI GPUs were faster and cheaper than nVidia. But now ATI's and nVidia's last graphics card are the HD 6990 and the GTX 590. The GTX 590 is faster, but in some games the HD 6990 is faster.

@zombieapocalypse561 well the 6770 is actually the same card as the 5770 just a few more diplay ports but I used to use a 5770 and i could play on ultra @ 1680x1050 with it capping 60 fps on an older quadcore@ 2.5ghz and 8 gigs of ram
