unfortunatly this also opens an hole in the ionosphere and creates the strange holes seen in clouds or sky on a clear night. This lets heatradiation escape into space, thereby cooling the area under.

Tesla called this effect "plasma tornado". It's strong electromagnetic beams from an HAARP antenna generating a plasmalayer in the ionosphere. This burns any object passing through the tornado. This was to shot down the ICBM shot from a russian sub. Interresting to know that this happend the day after Obama landed in Oslo to recieve the Nobel peacprice. The area is in direct line from the sub to Oslo and close to the HAARP facility in Tromsø. You figure out the rest!

Obama was in Norway when this happened and i dont think the US would have just stood back and let Russia fire rockets anywhere near a country that their President was visiting.

if it was a missile test. WHY did they only shoot ONE rocket? when that one failed? wouldn't they want to shoot more? and why can we if they did, not see them, but this one soooo clearly?
