What a joke! Bankster/hucksters lend money created from nothing. They get paid for years on debt created out of nothing. They run out of money created out of nothing. They get bailed out by our real money (taxes paid by our labor). They use this money to foreclose on these properties. Bankster/Hucksters now claim to own these properties? I think not, we the people own those properties, bankster/hucksters own nothing.

Disgusting this nefarious banksters screw over the people!
MrShaft2010 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
they spend money whenever they get some. Homelessness results in many ways, the poor and destitute are no the only homeless there are good people who are not making enough to rent. There are also the victims of the finiancial crisis who were nevr late with their payment till they lost their jobs.
Even those homeless before the financial crisis deserve a peice, thy too are part of the society. Why only bailout banks who are alreay rich, and leave the poor? Either help everyone or help no one.

No shortage of houses. The inventory is so high, the banks are bulldozing them down.

And of course the American people that were enjoying the benefits of the "bubble",buying homes they could not afford, lying on their applications,re-financing and buying cars and boats instead of using common sense. We had no part in the fiasco, right?Where will it stop if the homeless gets a bailout?
bearstearn3 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
wtf. why the fuck should the homeless community receive their so called "share of the wealth" even if banks were bailed out with tax payers money when the HOMELESS DONT EVEN PAY TAXES!
MrShaft2010 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
I think, this only fair. Many of the bank CEOs made a mess and their poor judgments were loaded on the taxpayers, and when a taxpayer is experiencing difficulties, those financial institutes should also extend a helping hand, for they owe taxpayers.

Think of the Catholic Volunteer Movement and the Easy Essay series of Peter Maurin.
