these aren't even tips, its just common sense that'll come by naturally if you're to lazy to use the jigger....

If you're not sure on your measurement, you're breaking the law and putting the customer at danger. If in doubt... Jigger. It doesn't look as professional as free pouring (which should be done vertically) but at least the customer will be buying what they asked for.
