@TheWinDoh Put some cushioning under yourself (where your spine meets your tailbone). As you can see in the video the instructor is using a cushioned mat.

@TheWinDoh You may need to work out on softer surface. If you work out on the floor, try laying down an old carpet or some cushy rug, they're just as good as those 100$ yoga mats. Other than that, make sure you have good form, since if this exercise is improperly executed it can lead to a multitude of issues.

sit ups are a thing of the past, this movement is just gonna shorten your hip flexors, which is gonna lead to lower back pain, dont do it, train smart people. look at some of stuart mcgills videos on youtube.
