@jmaster38 the only upgrade the Hartford Civic Center could stand to bring back an NHL team is a wrecking ball. If you remember ever seeing them on TV, the stands went almost vertical, and the place had bad sightlines. Not to mention capacity at 15,635 would put it just above winnipeg for max cap.....No matter how much renovation you put into the XL Center, it is still outdated, still not NHL Capable, and needs replaced.
